2002 honda cr125 problem

I have a 2002 honda cr125 with a problem. Watch this vid and tell me what you think it is. The stock main jet is a 400, i have a 350 in it now so i think there is something else wrong with it. Practically new top end, bored carb, ported exhaust, fmf gold series with shorty, power valve is clean. !!!Please help!!!
